We submitted an update for Dejumble on January 14, so it should be available pretty soon. It's a pretty exciting update, with fixes for the encoding issue as well as an improved user interface. We also packed in lots of sync improvements.

The Case of the Encoding Blues...
We are really excited about having Dejumble on the Mac App Store. It's been great getting all the feedback from users, and one of the re-occurring pieces of information we are hearing is an issue with Dejumble's notes not correctly keeping users encodings. For example characters like é it gets changed to É. We are actively working on this issue and hope to have it resolved by the end of the coming week.
Please keep the feedback coming. While we may not be able to answer every single email. We will try our best to insure that you are getting the most out of Dejumble and that it's truly helping you be more productive on your Mac.

Dejumble for iPhone: Waiting For Review
3, 2, 1.... Go. Well almost. We've just submitted Dejumble for iPhone to the AppStore and I think we can expect an arrival by the end of this week, that is of course if Dejumble passes the scrutiny of the app submission folks at Apple. But I dont think that will be a problem, Dejumble is a truly great productivity app.
Here's why...
Along with the typical features that a task/note taking app tout, Dejumble takes things farther. We've set a new precedent in task sync. Instead of having to remember to sync before you leave the house/office, or push that pesky sync button, Dejumble does it automatic and in realtime. Changes from the iPhone get pushed in realtime to your Mac, and of course this also happens in reverse. Going to be without service? No problem there either, work offline, then soon as you have service again; things get synced automatically. We've built our own proprietary push servers that are fine tuned to push tasks. This feature will also be a big bonus for our upcoming update that includes full task and note sharing and collaboration.
That's the behind the scenes beauty of Dejumble, we've also packed in some pretty powerful note taking abilities. Create a note, add subtasks then some formatting to make it perfect. Use the note pad as planning tool to collect ideas and break down a larger task into smaller topics.
And this is just the beginning. Were building full collaboration into Dejumble. Think realtime note and project collaboration without complexity...
Update: It's now available from iTunes here, Dejumble for iPhone.

Dejumble for iPhone is very near...
Dejumble on the iPhone is very close to ready. I'm just ironing out the last minute details and insuring that it works great with the latest update from Apple (iOS4). In the meantime, I thought I'd post a couple screen shots of the app:
I'm really excited about this upcoming release. Of course as the developer I'm (extremely) biased, but it definitely has become what I've been looking in a task app. Combining outward simplicity, yet not sacrificing on advanced features, Dejumble is sure to win the place for many as a go to productivity app.
There's more planned for down the road as well. Here's a quick glance at what's coming.
1. Task sharing and realtime note collaboration (Backend work almost complete, I'll post more about this later...)
2. Repeating tasks and alarms. (Yep this is a must)
I'm always looking for input. What works for you? What else would you like to see?
